Holiday Tour of HomesThe annual Holiday Tour of Homes is a festive walking tour of some of Sanford's most beautifully preserved and restored homes, decked out for the holidays. The Tour takes place on the First Saturday in December. |

| Membership MeetingsAt least once a quarter, the Board and Membership get together to discuss new business, coordinate committee sign-ups and share what's new for the Trust. All are welcome to join, but only paid members will be able to participate in voting matters.
