The 36th Annual Holiday Tour of Homes invites you to celebrate the charm, beauty, and spirit of the season with a self-guided driving tour through some of our city’s most enchanting neighborhoods — Mayfair, Sanford Heights, and the Historic District.

What to Expect
From 12 PM to 9 PM, enjoy a festive journey through a hand-picked selection of beautifully decorated homes, each adorned in its own unique holiday splendor. From cozy historic cottages to striking modern designs, you’ll discover stunning seasonal décor, architectural treasures, and the timeless character of Sanford.

Don’t Miss the Holiday Market!
Start your day early and stop by the Holiday Market in Magnolia Square, open from 9 AM to 4 PM in partnership with Project Sanford. Browse a curated selection of local artisan goods, festive finds, and sweet holiday treats — perfect for gifting or simply enjoying the spirit of the season.

Plan Your Visit
Please begin your day at the Sanford Museum, where you’ll receive your wristband, tour map, and program. Because the homes are located throughout several neighborhoods, we recommend driving between locations.

• Parking will be available near each group of homes.
  
  

• Walking between neighborhoods is not advised due to distance.
  

• While there will be no public transportation provided this year, golf carts are welcome!
  

• The first check-in time is 11:45am and last check-in time is at 8 PM, and homes will close promptly at 9 PM

Tickets

• $30 per adult
  

• $15 for children ages 6–12
  Wristbands and tour materials must be picked up at the Sanford Museum before beginning your tour.
  

♿ Please note: Not all homes are handicap accessible and many include steps and stairs. This is a rain-or-shine event.
