The Sanford Historic Trust invites you to this month's Guest Speaker Series featuring David Johnson, Seminole County Property Appraiser.

David will talk to us about property values in the Historic District and how those values and appreciation rates compare to the City of Sanford and Seminole County.
Following David's presentation, our general membership meeting will include exciting updates on the 2025 Holiday Tour of Homes, as well as lamppost installation and repairs.
